The destruction of the fanbase (if I can call it that), I still believe is down to other fans thinking they have more power/right than others.

Not to take that ^^ out of context, can I just say that I really hope that's the last time we see a reference to the 'fanbase' and it's perceived woes, this side of the Sony board.

If you, or anyone, has a beef with issues pertaining to that topic, please keep them off of this board.

I haven't been to this board for ages, but I'm so glad that it's a place where people can truly say exactly what they think without starting a massive fight/having their post deleted/being told that they're completely wrong.
The fan club board's fun but you have to be careful what you say, and the Sony board just has soooo many issues at the moment!

I agree with what a lot of you are saying on this whole Darren issue. I'd never actually thought of Leonie in that way, but I was a bit put off by that tour book message, and now that I've read your posts I'm reconisdering my opinions on her.
I'm also quite fed up with people saying that Darren needs and rest and he doesn't owe us anything. It's not what they're saying, it's the way they're saying it, as if people who want a bit of information are being completely selfish and out of order.

I look back to the SG days when Darren used to do those little video clips, and when he posted the most beautiful and inspirational messages to his fans, and I do feel that he's changed.
Obviously, everybody changes and grows, but it all seems so sudden.
